A new management gives new life to the Petite auberge de Bezonnes
The establishment had been closed since November 2019 following the defection of the former manager and this was lacking in this busy sector, located at the junction of the Sébazac-Rodelle and Bozouls-Marcillac roads (i.e. the RD 27 and RD 68), where a large car park allows visitors and truckers to park.
The new team that bought the real estate and took over the management is composed of a young local, Antoine Fourès, who, during his studies at the hotel school of Saint-Chély-d’Apcher, met two classmates: Alexandre and Erwan. After 5 to 8 years of experience in the restaurant business in Paris and abroad, they decided to join forces to open this small inn. One of the three will return to the United States to pursue his career in this field, but will remain attentive to the management of the Petite Auberge. The three young people, whose average age is 29, are determined to succeed.
Some adjustments were necessary, mainly in the kitchen with the addition of new materials and the layout of the 100 m2 terrace which was revised by the installation of an additional pergola for the comfort of the customers.
An adjoining petanque court will allow players to indulge their passion.
Inside, the room can also accommodate 32 place settings.
A menu at 14,50 euros will be proposed but also grills and tapas, made with local products and the short circuit will be privileged.
The wine list will be exclusively organic nature dynamic. 7 days a week during the summer (closed on Mondays in other seasons).
